AHS Robotics Sends 4 Teams to State

On Saturday, February 22, the Avon High School Robotics team had their final qualifying tournament. We got to host the event here at Avon High School.
Our teams had a few struggles during the qualification rounds but once the playoffs began the Roborioles came alive. The crimson and emerald teams partnered up and fought from the 5th-seeded alliance to win the entire competition. Also, the purple Roborioles were the 3rd-place winner for the inspire award and punched their ticket to state.
All four Avon Robotics teams are going to the state championship match in early March. Avon is the only school in the state with numerous teams qualified for the tournament.
