World Guard, Drumline Receive Board Commendations
The Avon Board of School Trustees issued commendations — the highest honor they can give — to the 2022 WGI World Champion Avon World Drumline and World Guard at their May 9 meeting. (Indoor Winds will be recognized at the June 13 meeting.)
We are amazed at the talent, athleticism, dedication, strength, enthusiasm and grace these performers and their directors demonstrated this year. They are worthy world champions and excellent representatives of Avon Schools, one and all.
