Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures

Due to staffing shortages, you may experience transportation delays or cancellations. In the event you need to drop off your child in the morning or pick them up in the afternoon, here are our procedures.

Drop Off

You may drop off your child at Doors 29 or 38. These doors are unlocked at 7:00 am so students can wait in the vestibules instead of outdoors. Interior doors to access hallways will be unlocked at 8:05 am. School begins at 8:25 am.  Door 1 is not a drop off or end of day pickup location any more. 

• All car riders enter campus from C.R 150 S at the traffic signal
• Use the left southbound lane to continue to Door 38
• Turn left into the Door 38 Horseshoe and create two lines for stacking
• Proceed forward and alternate (take turns) going back into one line prior to the curved curb
• Drop off along the curved curb near Door 38 (shown by the yellow curved area on the map)
• Exit in a single file line and turn right to exit toward the traffic light at C.R. 150 S
• All traffic must enter and exit at the traffic light at C.R. 150 S

Pick Up

• All car riders enter campus from C.R 150 S at the traffic signal
• Use the left southbound lane to continue to Door 38
• Turn left into the Door 38 Horseshoe and create two lines for stacking
• Proceed forward and alternate (take turns) going back into one line prior to the curved curb
• Pick up along the curved curb near Door 38 (shown by the yellow curved area on the map)
• Exit in a single file line and turn right to exit toward the traffic light at C.R. 150 S
• All traffic must enter and exit at the traffic light at C.R. 150 S
